Healthy Holiday Platter

This platter is a great piece to take to parties over the holiday season or even as a healthy interactive family lunch. Dips and veggies can be swapped for whats in season or for your favourites.


All chopped into sticks

1 yellow, 1/2 red pepper

1/2 cucumber

1 avocado

3 carrots

Handful of olives

Handful of cherry tomatoes

Meats of choice

Oat crackers

Grapes, figs, passionfruit

Blend all ingredients until smooth

1 garlic clove

Pinch of paprika

3/4 cup cashew nuts

1 roasted red pepper (from jar)

6 sundried tomatoes

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey

Salt and pepper

Alternatively make or use your favourite dips, just watch out for sugar and additives in shop brought dips
