Pineapple and Spinach immune boosting smoothie

The turmeric and pineapple in this smoothie are both great antioxidants which means they support any inflammation in your body. They provide wonderful support whilst trying to conceive or even if you are just feeling under the weather.



Ingredients

1 tbsp Coconut collaborative mango and passionfruit yogurt

0.5 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen spinach

0.5 tsp turmeric powder

0.5 tbsp flaxseed oil

0.5-1 cup dairy free milk


Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients into your blender or nutribullet.

2. Whizz a few times to make sure the frozen pineapple has broken up. 

3. Enjoy cold.
