This turmeric latte is absolutely delicious, great if you can't sleep and great if you are feeling under the weather. It is choked full of ingredients that support your immune system like anti-inflammatory turmeric and ginger.
250ml oat milk
3cm fresh turmeric peeled and grated
2cm fresh ginger peeled and grated
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp honey (add Manuka for an extra immune boost if you are feeling unwell)
Few turns freshly ground pepper
Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan and stir until milk is warmed through and the turmeric and ginger are cooked. If you have a small electric whisk, whisk to make frothy.
